Description Seeking a Power Automate consultant to identify and automate manual business processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate AI initiatives across the Foundation.

• Automate high-volume manual processes (shared mailbox management, invoice workflows, reporting, approvals, notifications)
• Identify 7-10 automation opportunities and recommend improved approaches
• Lead development, testing, deployment, optimization, and knowledge transfer

• 7+ years of automation/application development experience
• Deep hands-on Power Automate expertise in enterprise environments
• Strong Microsoft 365 integration experience (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Forms, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Ability to independently assess processes, design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide documentation/training Key Focus Areas Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
