Insight Global's healthcare client is looking for a Senior Architect who will be responsible for driving AI/ML technical solutions supporting Marketing and communications domain. The AI Architect designs, oversees, and scales the technical strategy for artificial intelligence and machine learning systems across an organization. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, ensuring AI solutions are robust, ethical, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

Skills and Requirements

12-15+ years in software/data engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML architecture

Track record of architecting systems used at significant scale (millions of users, petabyte-scale data, or mission-critical enterprise systems)

Deep, hands-on expertise in modern AI architectures: transformers, LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG, fine-tuning/RLHF, inference optimization

Proven experience setting technical strategy that spans multiple teams or business units

Excellent collaboration, influencing, evangelization, negotiation, coaching, mentoring, and coalition-building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communications.

Deep knowledge of AI governance, safety, and regulatory landscape (HIPAA, TCPA, CCPA etc.. )

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Healthcare and/or Retail industry domain knowledge

Published research, patents, or open-source contributions in AI/ML

Experience architecting systems across multiple cloud providers or hybrid/on-prem environments and SAS vendors

Master's Degree is desired.
