Systems Build and maintain AI-powered analytics and reporting solutions Develop LLM-based workflows, agents, and reasoning pipelines Improve AI accuracy, reliability, and observability Develop evaluation frameworks for AI-generated outputs Implement retrieval, function-calling, and structured-output architectures Monitor and reduce hallucinations and model failures Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to define AI testing strategies- Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics Develop forecasting models for business metrics and operational performance Build anomaly detection systems to identify data quality issues and operational risks Create predictive models to anticipate trends and outcomes Build explainable AI solutions that help users understand model predictions Evaluate and improve model performance using industry best practices•Data Engineering & Analytics Design and optimize data models and analytical queries Build scalable ETL and data processing pipelines Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability Work with large structured datasets to generate business insights Collaborate on KPI, reporting, and analytics frameworks•Backend Engineering Develop and maintain Python services and APIs Build reliable integrations between AI systems, databases, and business applications Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning Support deployment and monitoring of production AI systems•Future Initiatives Computer vision and image analysis solutions Automated issue detection from inspection photos Predictive maintenance and risk scoring Recommendation systems Multi-agent AI workflows Advanced analytics and forecasting platforms Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional software engineering experience 3+ years of Python development experience Experience building production software applications Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) Experience working with Pandas and data processing workflows Experience developing APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks Understanding of machine learning fundamentals Experience working with large datasets and analytical systems Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Generative AI and LLM applications Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source AI models Experience with forecasting and time-series modeling Experience with anomaly detection systems Experience with computer vision and image analysis Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems Experience with model monitoring and AI observability What Success Looks Like•Within the first year, you will help: Improve AI accuracy and reliability Build forecasting and predictive analytics capabilities Implement anomaly detection and data quality monitoring Improve AI evaluation and testing frameworks Scale AI-powered reporting and insights generation Contribute to future computer vision and advanced AI initiatives Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can build production software while also contributing to machine learning and AI initiatives.
Pay:
$110,000.00- $130,000.
