Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack AI Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of AI and machine learning (ML) implementation, with a strong focus on algorithms, neural networks, and relevant frameworks. This role requires a hands-on expert-level coding proficiency in Python or Java, enabling the candidate to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions that meet our clients'''''''''''''''' needs.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Develop and maintain scalable and efficient codebases using Python or Java. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI ML trends, tools, and technologies. Optimize existing AI models and algorithms for performance and scalability. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment of AI solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in AI/ML implementation, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. Deep knowledge of neural networks and their applications. Proficiency in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Expert-level coding skills in Python or Java. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Years of Experience:
Must have working hands-on experience of 5 years working as an AI Architect Must have worked in telecom domain.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and data processing frameworks. Experience in developing APIs and microservices for AI applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''''''''''''''''s or Master''''''''''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Proven track record of successful AI/ML project implementations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
