Position Overview The Construction Technology & AI Process Improvement Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital workflows across the company. Core Expectations Learn our business, field operations, and current processes in detail. Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in how we capture, communicate, and use data. Implement practical, field-ready systems, including AI-enabled tools, that improve productivity, accuracy, and visibility between the field and office. Train staff to utilize newly created systems and workflows to improve efficiency. Support the continuous improvement and adoption of new processes and technologies. This is a hands-on role involving process mapping, software configuration, AI integration, data analytics, and change management within a construction environment. AI & Automation Integration Identify opportunities where AI and automation can reduce manual work and improve accuracy. Prototype, test, and roll out AI-enabled workflows using SaaS tools, APIs, or custom scripts. Ensure solutions are straightforward, reliable, and appropriate for field conditions. Develop dashboards and reports for crew and project productivity, cost vs. budget, change order status, and resource utilization. Train field and office personnel and provide follow-up support to drive adoption. Collect user feedback and refine tools and processes as needed. Serve as the internal lead for digital transformation and AI use within construction operations. Qualifications & Experience Experience with construction operations, construction technology, process improvement, software implementation, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of technology and the ability to learn and implement new software and digital tools. Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, data analytics, or workflow development preferred. Ability to evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop practical solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both field and office personnel. Comfortable training employees with varying levels of technical experience. Ability to manage projects from initial concept and testing through implementation and ongoing improvement. Construction industry experience is strongly preferred. Pay:

$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
