ABOUT SAVILLS
Savills is an organization full of extraordinary individuals. Brilliant people who are driven to succeed, hungry to remain at the forefront of their specialties, and eager to propel themselves, our clients, and our business forward. We are one of the preeminent commercial real estate firms with services ranging from tenant representation and project management to workplace strategy and occupant experience - showcasing the breadth and depth of our expertise. Find your place to thrive. No matter the role you're in, we all share one purpose: to help people thrive through places and spaces. The DNA ingrained in our business guides us on this mission, shaping the way we behave to deliver the best results. When you join Savills, our ask for you is simple: Be extraordinary, together.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Enablement Engineer plays a critical role in accelerating the adoption and practical integration of generative AI across Savills North America. This position is responsible for building custom AI-powered solutions, designing and delivering enablement programs, and ensuring our enterprise AI toolset delivers measurable value to our advisors, clients, and operations teams. A core expectation of this role is developing a deep understanding of Savills' commercial real estate business, including brokerage, research, marketing, and client workflows-and translating that knowledge into high-impact AI applications. This includes learning how client assignments are executed end-to-end, from pursuit through execution, in order to identify where AI can improve speed, quality, and consistency of work delivered to clients. In addition to enhancing execution, this role will help rethink how Savills engages clients during the pursuit of new business, exploring how AI can elevate the quality, insight, and personalization of pitches, proposals, and client interactions. The AI Enablement Engineer will play a key role in shaping and evolving best practices, recognizing that both client expectations and AI capabilities will continue to change rapidly. The ideal candidate is technically fluent, highly resourceful, and equally comfortable building solutions and communicating their value to non-technical audiences. They are curious about how work gets done in practice, capable of mapping workflows in detail, and motivated to embed AI in ways that meaningfully improve day-to-day execution-not just experiment with new tools. This role is well suited for a candidate ready to move into a fast-moving commercial organization, where autonomy is high and the impact of your work is visible quickly. This role is embedded within Savills North America's technology team, working closely with and under the direction of the Chief Information Officer.
