Job Description
$60 - $63 About the Role We're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join a growing AI team and help turn business challenges into practical AI solutions. This role combines technical consulting and hands-on development, working directly with business teams to identify opportunities for AI and quickly build prototypes to validate those ideas. You'll work with modern AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, Python/JavaScript, APIs, and AWS. What You'll Do
+ Partner with business teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
+ Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
+ Build proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes for new AI use cases.
+ Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
+ Test and evaluate data to determine whether proposed AI solutions are technically feasible.
+ Create reusable code, templates, and development patterns for other engineering teams.
+ Help drive adoption of Generative AI capabilities across the organization. What We're Looking For
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
+ Hands-on experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
+ Experience working with REST APIs.
+ Familiarity with AWS, including technologies such as OpenSearch and S3.
+ Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
+ Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
+ Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Someone who enjoys being hands-on, experimenting with new technologies, and quickly turning ideas into working solutions.
