Continuous Improvement :
Participate in code reviews and solution design discussions, bringing a practical, production-focused perspective to the architecture and development teams Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL:
2-5 years of experience in automation, RPA, AI, or related engineering roles, with a proven track record of building, deploying, and supporting production solutions Practical experience with at least one enterprise RPA platform OR demonstrated experience deploying applied AI solutions Deep expertise in either RPA or AI, backed by the curiosity and technical aptitude to learn the other Experience integrating automations with APIs, structured data sources, and enterprise systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders Experience working within a structured delivery model alongside Solution Architects and Tech Leads
