Job Description
This is an Agentic AI Solutions Engineer — someone who designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered solutions using the Microsoft stack, with Copilot Studio and agentic AI as the primary focus.
Microsoft Tool Experience•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and growing expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, and related development tools.
Documentation and Knowledge Transfer•Ability to document solutions and workflows clearly, and collaborate with internal teams for long-term maintenance and support.
AI Governance & Responsible AI•Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI principles. Familiarity with enterprise governance practices and data privacy considerations for deploying AI solutions.

They build intelligent agents and automated workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrate AI capabilities into Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate), and support the organization's broader AI adoption. A hands-on Microsoft AI practitioner — not a data scientist, not a traditional developer, not a pure Power BI analyst. The ideal candidate lives in the Microsoft 365 / Azure / Power Platform / Copilot Studio intersection and has actually deployed agents and agentic workflows into production environments. They need to understand responsible AI and enterprise governance, which signals this is a regulated environment where guardrails matter.Required:
AI Solution Development•Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions using Microsoft AI services. Proven hands on experience deploying scalable Microsoft Copilot agents, LLMs and agentic solutions. Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and similar data workflows preferred.Microsoft Tool Experience•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and growing expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, and related development tools.
Nice To Have:
Power Platform AI Integration•Knowledge of AI Builder capabilities within Power Apps and Power Automate, including document processing, text recognition, and developing custom AI models for business automation preferred. Data & Analytics•Solid skills in Power BI, Excel, and SQL, with experience in data modeling, visualization, and supporting AI pipelines with quality data preferred.Documentation and Knowledge Transfer•Ability to document solutions and workflows clearly, and collaborate with internal teams for long-term maintenance and support.
