Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other machine learning tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and cloud services like AWS and machine learning cloud platforms. Conduct statistical analysis for research purposes, including statistical modeling and evaluation of AI models to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Manage large-scale data pipelines utilizing ETL processes, Hadoop, Spark, Talend, and SQL databases to prepare data for analysis and model training. Optimize model scalability and deployment strategies across big data systems while ensuring high performance and reliability. Apply natural language processing techniques for language understanding tasks or generative AI projects to create innovative solutions. Evaluate model performance through rigorous testing, statistical analysis tools, and model evaluation metrics to refine predictive modeling analysis. Requirements Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark implementation, or similar tools. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA or R for data analysis, model development, and automation tasks. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and machine learning cloud platforms for scalable AI implementation. Deep understanding of big data systems including Hadoop, Spark, SQL databases, and data mining techniques. Knowledge of statistical analysis tools for research purposes as well as statistical modeling for predictive analytics. Familiarity with database design principles and experience working with SQL for data querying and management. Experience in natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, or quantum engineering is a plus. Ability to work on complex projects involving data analytics, model training/deployment, scalability challenges, and AI-based analysis solutions.
