Senior Oracle Cloud Expense Module Functional Lead responsible for owning and stabilizing Cloud Expense application delivery across complex client environments. Provides hands-on functional leadership across Expense module with strong interaction skills across HCM, GL, AP and payroll to support end to end expense reporting processes. Requires strong accountability, clear communication, and dependable execution. Trusted to establish clear ownership, reinforce client trust, and maintain delivery stability during client-facing role transitions. Must have experience driving Expense Module in a broader Oracle Cloud Applications environment We are looking for Oracle Fusion Expense Module Functional LEAD Consultant with Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of Fusion experience and remaining years of Finance/ERP domain experience in Oracle EBS. Must have a good understanding of the Oracle Cloud Expense module version 23+ capabilities with knowledge of HCM, GL, AP, Payroll and their integrations with expense module. We are looking for a Functional leader who has real-time hands-on functional/product experience; must have experience leading Expense Module stream of complex Oracle Cloud Applications across both implementations and managed support; and/or having equivalent knowledge. Requires experience leading onshore/offshore teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Position is for a Finance Functional Lead, with implementation background in Oracle Cloud Financial Applications. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in solutioning, design, configuration and testing. Provide effective client leadership to drive acceptance and adoption of the solution. Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on
CEMLI/RICE
objects. After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases. The key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise. It is an opportunity to work with Cloud and On-Premises customers.

Work directly with Customers for Advising on complex use of Oracle products Leading Datavail and client team to drive configuration, testing and cutover Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others
Creation/review of Knowledge Articles Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud implementation with SCM orchestration Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance Cloud implementations as a Finance Functional lead consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME Implementation/Support experience on Cloud Financial Modules like
GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST, FAH
Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - Cloud Financial Modules like
GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, FAH
Should have Strong Financials business processes knowledge and concepts. Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud Financials. Technically good Skills in
SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS
reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.
