•SAP MII Technical Role Overview Seeking an experienced

SAP ME/MII

Consultant to support manufacturing factories and ensure shopfloor application continuity, rapid incident resolution, and production stability. The consultant will work closely with SAP, MES, plant-floor, project, and support teams across multiple manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities Support

SAP ME/MII

integrations with

SAP ERP PP, SAP EWM, SAP

PCo , and custom applications. Provide plant-floor application support across manufacturing sites, including Wilton and San Diego . Handle Incident, Change, and Problem Management following ITIL processes and SLA requirements. Participate in transition activities with Solution and Support teams to understand the complete application landscape. Coordinate with customers and support teams to maintain application availability and provide timely issue resolution. Troubleshoot technical issues across SAP ME/MII and integrated applications. Coordinate with the project/LCM team to ensure application upgrades are properly planned and executed. Evaluate factory requirements, identify problem areas, and perform gap analysis . Evaluate MES products and recommend suitable solutions for manufacturing requirements. Lead MES consultants in integrating and deploying manufacturing solutions globally. Prepare functional and technical specifications/documentation . Must-Have Skills 8-10 years of

experience. Strong SAP MII Technical experience.

SAP ME/MII

integration with:

SAP ERP / PP SAP EWM SAP

PCo Custom applications Manufacturing Execution System ( MES ) / shopfloor application experience. Production support experience with Incident, Change & Problem Management . Strong ITIL / SLA-based support experience. Application troubleshooting, integration support, and production stability. Experience working with manufacturing plants/factory environments. Strong customer and stakeholder coordination skills. Experience creating functional and technical specifications.

Preferred / Desirable

Experience supporting multiple manufacturing factories globally. MES product evaluation and gap analysis.

SAP ME/MII

transition and application lifecycle management. Experience leading MES/SAP consultants. Manufacturing application upgrades and LCM activities.
