Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions. Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure successful implementation within scope and budget. Conduct process mapping and business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Facilitate large-scale organizational change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Provide expert guidance on strategic planning, data analysis, and management consulting to support clients' financial transformation goals. Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, delivering clear updates on project status, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Requirements Proven project management experience in technology implementation, specifically within enterprise finance solutions like Oracle Cloud. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial modules coupled with experience in enterprise solutions deployment. Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and lean management principles. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with executives and cross-functional teams confidently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation, presentation, and data analysis purposes. Experience working within consulting firms or managing large-scale organizational change initiatives. Strong research skills combined with analytical thinking to develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
