Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Functional Analyst with a strong understanding of business processes and SDLC to support the delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications (BRD/FRD/User Stories) Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements Support system testing, UAT, and defect tracking activities Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of business processes and SDLC (Agile/Waterfall) Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, reporting tools) Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in cross-functional or enterprise environments Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or TFS Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
