Job Description
Job Responsibilities You'll be joining a pivotal, cross-functional team that measures and understands Chase's marketing performance. You will drive meaningful impact by: Partnering with analytics teams across the organization to improve how marketing effectiveness is measured, including processes, methodologies, and governance. Building AI-enabled solutions that identify meaningful changes in business performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders without creating unnecessary noise. Translating business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations. Building credibility with stakeholders through clear communication, sound analysis, and practical solutions. Taking ownership of projects and processes from problem definition through implementation. Collaborating with peers to maintain high standards of quality and analytical rigor. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Undergraduate or advanced degree in an analytical field, data bootcamp certification, or equivalent experience in analytics, consulting, modeling, or business analysis. At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role that proactively supported data-driven decision-making. Experience with analytical tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, regression analysis, visualization tools). Meaningful experimentation with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies) and an eagerness to continue learning as capabilities evolve. Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to distinguish meaningful business signals from normal variation and communicate insights with appropriate context. Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to validate results and identify flaws in analyses, datasets, or AI-generated outputs. Ability to frame business problems as testable hypotheses and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Financial services background. Experience at a top-tier analytics or management consulting firm. Demonstrated experience using AI to improve business outcomes, analytical workflows, decision-making processes, or stakeholder engagement. Experience designing or improving alerting, monitoring, or decision-support processes that help stakeholders focus on meaningful business changes. MBA or other master's degree in a quantitative field.
