This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making through the development of dashboards, reports, and analytical insights that keep field sales teams and leadership informed. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong interest in transforming data into meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather visualization and reporting requirements Analyze sales, market, and performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities Work closely with Data Engineers, Power BI Data Modelers, and Analysts to build scalable and effective visualization and reporting solutions with interactive visuals that convey data insights Connect to various data sources, ensuring smooth data flow and extracting relevant data. Perform data profiling and analysis to gain an understanding of the underlying data used for the solution Prepare and model data as required for visualizations and reports Write and maintain basic queries to support reporting and data analysis needs Diagnose and address issues related to data modeling, and visualization rendering Adhere to established governance and information security practices and standards Learn and understand Business Unit systems and processes Provide training to end-users as needed Assist with recurring data collection and maintenance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience and enthusiasm for working with data, reporting, and analytic solutions Strong experience building data visualizations in Power BI Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting techniques Working knowledge of SQL (writing and reading queries) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage changing priorities and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
