- Collaborates directly with Product Owners, Business Unit Leaders, and Chief Innovation Officers to align data strategies with organizational goals
- Defines business intelligence requirements and leverages integrated data for analysis
- Performs analysis generating actionable insights and business value
- Develop, modify and maintain standard performance dashboards and track business KPIs
- Identify and deliver value-added information to clients and candidates
- Work with external partners to enhance, augment, and integrate candidate, client, job order, and market/competitive data
- Supports IT in ETL strategies and data integration projects
- Manages data and performs analysis to drive and evaluate AI initiatives
- Understands and adheres to data security protocols in reporting
- Perform other duties as required Must have 2 years of experience in a data analysis role and two years of experience in SQL, Data visualization and dashboard development, Python, CRM reporting and analytics, and ETL processes and data integration.
