Until April, 2027 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst III to support our client's Oracle Fusion HCM environment in Jacksonville, Florida. This position will focus on translating business and payroll requirements into effective system solutions, supporting complex U.S. payroll configurations, and contributing to Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate has hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience, extensive knowledge of U.S. payroll legislation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, document, and translate business needs into functional and system requirements. Support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Analyze complex U.S. payroll requirements and ensure system configurations align with applicable payroll legislation and business processes. Partner with payroll teams, business leaders, technical teams, and other stakeholders during system implementations and changes. Perform quality-control audits, identify system or process gaps, and recommend enhancements. Support system testing, issue resolution, and validation of payroll-related configurations. Manage complex business systems analysis assignments with accuracy and independence. Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and user guides. Communicate requirements, system changes, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM . Extensive experience supporting U.S. payroll legislation and compliance requirements . Strong experience with complex payroll configurations in Oracle Fusion HCM. Experience translating business and payroll requirements into functional system solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience totaling at least eight years. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) . Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) . Experience creating or supporting BI Publisher reports . Experience developing or maintaining Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas .
