Description We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring ERP processes align with operational goals across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, and customer service functions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of ERP platforms, business processes, data analysis, system integrations, and user support. Key Responsibilities

+ Partner with business leaders to gather, analyze, and document ERP requirements.

+ Configure, support, and optimize ERP modules and workflows.

+ Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.

+ Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements to increase efficiency.

+ Support ERP upgrades, implementations, and enhancement projects.

+ Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using ERP and reporting tools.

+ Develop and manage integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications.

+ Conduct user training and provide ongoing ERP support.

+ Maintain system documentation, process maps, and training materials.

+ Work closely with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Distribution teams. Requirements Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field. + 5+ years of ERP experience supporting enterprise business operations.

+ Experience with one or more ERP systems:

+ SAP

+ Oracle

+ Microsoft Dynamics 365

+ Infor M3

+ Epicor

+ NetSuite

+ JD Edwards

+ Strong SQL and reporting experience.

+ Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

+ Knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, EDI, and data management.

+ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
