Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Research upcoming construction projects, infrastructure work, private developments, municipalities, quarries, asphalt plants, and aggregate opportunities throughout Florida. Build and maintain contractor, superintendent, estimator, carrier, municipality, and project databases. Identify growth opportunities before competitors through proactive market research. Organize research into executive reports that support sales, operations, and leadership decision-making. Utilize AI, CRM systems, spreadsheets, mapping software, and research tools to improve business intelligence. Continuously improve our strategic intelligence systems and recommend better ways to organize and leverage information. Work directly with ownership on strategic growth initiatives, expansion planning, and special projects.

Qualifications:

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Naturally curious and enjoys solving complex problems. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable learning and utilizing AI, spreadsheets, database systems, and technology. High integrity, humility, and a strong work ethic. Experience in construction, logistics, transportation, engineering, business intelligence, project management, or market research is preferred but not required. Thrives in a fast-paced, business environment where initiative, curiosity, and continuous improvement are valued.
