Design and optimise manufacturing execution and shop floor processes within global S/4HANA transformation programmes. Work across manufacturing execution, MES integration, batch management, traceability, and production planning processes. Your Experience First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant with exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management capability, and the ability to bridge manufacturing business processes with scalable SAP solutions. You will also have relevant SAP Manufacturing expertise, including: At least 2 full project lifecycles as an SAP Manufacturing / PP-PI Consultant, with S/4HANA experience essential. Strong understanding of manufacturing and production execution processes, including MRP, batch management, production execution, shop floor processes, traceability, and MES integration concepts. Experience designing and supporting end-to-end manufacturing solutions across SAP manufacturing landscapes. Ability to work closely with technical and integration teams whilst maintaining a strong functional and business-focused approach. Understanding of SAP Manufacturing integration with other SAP modules including logistics, finance, quality management, and material management. Exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM/DMC), SAP

ME, SAP MII, MES/MOM

environments, or broader Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory initiatives would be highly advantageous. A passion for Manufacturing Execution, Digital Manufacturing, and next-generation shop floor transformation. A proven track record within a 'Big 4', major SI, or specialist SAP Consulting organisation would be preferred. Experience within Life Sciences or regulated manufacturing industries, particularly pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, or chemicals, would be advantageous.
