An SAP Analyst or Admin uses SAP software products to collect and analyze data that provides an accurate picture of enterprise resource planning requirements and performance for an organization.
Designing and implementing SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse operations, and configuring settings to meet specific warehouse needs. Analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP EWM configurations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate EWM with other SAP modules, and providing end-user training and support. Strong grounding in warehouse logistics/supply chain, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. Propose and build standard and custom solutions for Labor Management, Slotting, Physical Inventory, and Cartonization using SAP EWM. Build integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems using tools like Azure API, MuleSoft, or SAP PI. Develop and enable "personas" flavors/scripting to meet complex business requirements (SAP's simplified UI framework). Create KPI dashboards for warehousing measures using embedded analytics. Develop scripts for various EWM scenarios to automate functional testing. Requirements gathering, business process design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live/post-go-live support (standard across EWM implementation roles at Deere and similar manufacturers).
