Remote Monday & Friday Duration:
6+ Months (potential for contract-to-hire if that is of interest) We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to support Finance technology initiatives, including Oracle EPM applications, FP&A, reporting, planning, and financial consolidation.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologies for Finance. Design, implement, and support Oracle EPM applications, including FCCS, EPBCS, and EDM. Lead solutions from design and configuration through testing, implementation, and hypercare. Manage IT projects and deliverables, including timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal and external resources. Support FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics solutions. Identify and implement AI capabilities within Oracle EPM to improve forecasting, planning, reporting, data validation, and decision support. Develop and deploy new processes and system configurations. Partner with Finance stakeholders across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit. Support business process improvements and cross-functional Finance technology initiatives. Partner with Cybersecurity to address technology and vendor-related risks. Provide Finance workstream support for an ongoing
SAP S/4HANA
migration.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 6+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle EPM applications. Strong experience with Oracle FCCS, EPBCS, and EDM. Experience leading business analytics and reporting solution delivery. CPG or Manufacturing experience. Experience across the IT project lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, master data management, and post-go-live support.
