Adhere to all policies and procedures in carrying out the responsibilities of this position. Analyze and develop models to provide mission critical information to carry out the mission and vision of Gift of Hope Analyze Gift of Hope data to provide operational insights and improve processes Work with customers and colleagues to answer data-related inquiries Work with customers to derive clear, actionable and timely insights from analyses Work with the customers to create presentations that are client-ready, clear and correct Work with customers and colleagues to structure complex client problems to be solved using sometimes imperfect data Enhance, find patterns in and develop predictive and prescriptive models on large data sets Maintain a continuous and independent education on cutting-edge statistical techniques and programming languages Participate in the design process of new canned reports as necessary Support other Quality and ITS staff in design and maintenance of existing reports Identify discrepancies in Gift of Hope data and work to correct data-related issues Perform geographical analyses as needed Other duties as assigned
