SAP HAZMAT

Functional Resource to support USTRANSCOM's Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS), a large-scale

SAP S/4HANA

platform supporting transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations. This position serves as the functional subject matter expert for hazardous materials and Dangerous Goods processes within SAP. The role is responsible for translating regulatory and operational requirements into SAP functional solutions, supporting configuration, integration, testing, data management, and process improvement efforts across logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate has experience supporting

SAP S/4HANA

functional implementations, HAZMAT or Dangerous Goods processes, and integrated SAP logistics modules such as MM, TM, EWM, and SD. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure compliant, efficient management of regulated materials in support of critical Department of Defense missions. • Active Secret Security Clearance (or eligible for sponsorship)
• SAP functional implementation, support, or modernization experience
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP logistics processes
• HAZMAT, Dangerous Goods, regulated materials, or Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) process knowledge
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions
• Understanding of material master data and logistics/supply chain processes
• Functional testing, defect resolution, and system implementation experience
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• SAP Dangerous Goods Management (DGM) experience
• SAP EHS / Product Compliance experience
• SAP TM, MM, EWM, or SD experience
• HAZMAT classification, labeling, packaging, and transportation regulatory knowledge
• SAP data migration or master data management experience
• Department of Defense or
