Job Description:
Key Responsibilities for SAP RAR Lead Lead full-cycle implementation of SAP Revenue Recognition (RAR/SD-RR), including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support Configure revenue recognition keys, event types, performance obligation types, and BRF+ business rules Partner with Finance, Sales, and IT stakeholders to translate
ASC 606/IFRS 15
requirements into system design Design and manage integration between SD, FI, CO, and RAR modules Own end-to-end data migration strategy for revenue recognition, including: Extracting and mapping legacy contract, billing, and revenue data Designing migration objects/load programs (e.g., LTMC/LSMW/BODS/custom tools) for RAR-specific data (POB data, event data, contract combination) Performing data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation between source systems and SAP RAR Planning and executing cutover, including parallel run/mock migration cycles and balance validation Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT) and validate revenue postings Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and custom reports; collaborate with ABAP developers Provide production support, troubleshoot revenue recognition and data migration issues, and drive continuous process improvement Support internal/external audit requests and maintain SOX-compliant documentation Mentor junior consultants and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for revenue recognition and data migration processes Deliver end-user training and documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field 15+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ full-cycle SAP RAR or SD Revenue Recognition implementations Proven hands-on experience with SAP RAR data migration/conversion, including legacy contract and revenue data loads Experience with data migration tools (e.g., LTMC, LSMW, SAP BODS, or custom migration programs) Strong functional expertise in SAP SD and FI/CO modules Hands-on experience configuring BRF+ business rules Solid understanding of

revenue recognition standards Experience performing data reconciliation and cutover validation between legacy and SAP RAR systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP RAR on
S/4HANA SAP
certification(s) Prior consulting experience (Big 4 or SAP implementation partner) Experience with SOX compliance and audit support Exposure to related modules (MM, PS) depending on business scope Experience with large-scale, multi-phase data migration projects (multiple legacy systems consolidating into one SAP instance) Minimum /
