About Our Client The Senior ERP Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing ERP system performance while providing reporting, analytics, and operational support across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and purchasing functions. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, maintain data integrity, and support production planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Description Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for ERP system functionality and support. Manage ERP data accuracy, including bills of materials (BOMs), inventory records, item master data, and system transactions. Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics that support business decision-making. Partner with operations leadership to align production planning activities with customer demand and business objectives. Analyze manufacturing and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Support inventory management processes and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy across the organization. Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to support procurement planning and material availability. Monitor production performance and provide operational reporting related to schedule attainment and throughput. Work with internal stakeholders and external consultants to implement ERP enhancements, upgrades, and reporting solutions. Assist with resolving system, inventory, receiving, purchasing, and accounting discrepancies. Support customer requirements related to electronic data interchange (EDI) and operational reporting. Participate in annual physical inventories and ongoing inventory reconciliation efforts. Maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices related to ERP processes and data governance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations. Perform other duties as assigned. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior ERP System Analyst - Supply Chain should have: Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and manufacturing software. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with production planning, inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create meaningful reports and present data-driven recommendations to leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting ERP reporting, implementation, upgrades, or continuous improvement projects. Understanding of manufacturing operations, scheduling, inventory control, procurement, and quality processes. Experience working with EDI transactions and customer data requirements. Familiarity with SQL, business intelligence tools, or advanced data analysis techniques. Education Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience will be considered.
