processes, Orchestrator, BSSV, and AIS Experience conducting business and systems process analysis and design Experience leading process design changes across enterprise systems Experience with data management, data quality improvement, and data security Experience designing and delivering reporting and analytics solutions, including JD Edwards custom reporting and Power BI Experience supporting the lifecycle of enterprise applications Experience enhancing and maintaining JD Edwards user interfaces, including menus, versions, automation, and interface improvements Experience troubleshooting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne issues using process and data analysis Experience documenting ERP-related processes and procedures Experience supporting 24/7 availability, performance, and security of mission-critical applications Experience setting goals and tracking key performance indicators Proficiency with personal computers, laptops, tablets, and Microsoft Office applications Preferred Skills Experience creating and maintaining vendor relationships Experience negotiating and managing contracts Experience managing software licensing and renewals Familiarity with third-party RF applications such as RFGen, RFSmart, DSI, Bartender/Loftware, and Scanman Experience governing and supporting integrations between ERP, CRM, and BI tools Experience with integration strategies, large data sets, reporting, and analytics Experience enforcing application governance policies and supporting compliance with SOX, CMMC, GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulations Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for application deployment Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, AngularJS, Python, or .NET Experience selecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions such as CRM, HCM, SRM, and PIM/MDM Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook General understanding of networks, databases, and enterprise technology landscapes Job Responsibilities Lead JD Edwards EnterpriseOne process analysis, system design changes, and enterprise process improvement initiatives Support and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP 9.2.20 or higher across key business process flows including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Make to Order Manage JD Edwards tools releases, including upgrades and support for OMW, E1 CNC, Orchestrator, BSSV, and AIS Identify, create, and facilitate process improvements across the enterprise Design, develop, and deliver technology solutions including custom ERP reporting, analytics, and Power BI reporting Support the application lifecycle and maintain an up-to-date application roadmap aligned with business strategy Enhance and maintain JD Edwards user interfaces, menus, versions, and automation features Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding projects, business processes, findings, and system updates Document current ERP processes and procedures Troubleshoot JD Edwards EnterpriseOne issues using data-driven analysis Lead selection and implementation of technology-driven business solutions Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience Ensure 24/7 availability, performance, and security of mission-critical applications Define goals, track KPIs, and drive continuous application and process improvement Support vendor management, software licensing, and contract administration where applicable Govern integrations between enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, and BI platforms Support application governance policies and regulatory compliance requirements

Pay:
