The Opportunity The role focuses on SAP Materials Management and day-to-day operational support. Candidates may come from a functional consulting background or from extensive hands-on SAP business-user experience. Key Responsibilities Support SAP MM transactions and materials-management processes. Assist procurement and manufacturing users with operational SAP issues. Train and support Spanish-speaking personnel. Troubleshoot materials and procurement-related functional issues. Support integration with inventory, warehouse, and production processes. Assist with basic EDI and IDoc monitoring and transaction flows. Required Qualifications 5+ years of SAP functional experience or extensive hands-on SAP MM business-user experience. Strong working knowledge of SAP MM transactions and processes. Experience supporting materials, procurement, or manufacturing operations. Fluent Spanish and English. Ability to train and support business users. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Availability for on-site work in Chelmsford. Willingness to work rotational shifts. Basic knowledge of SAP EDI and IDocs. Preferred Experience Exposure to SAP PP, IM, or
