About the Position We are a Specialty Demolition Company that is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This position will work directly with company management to analyze financial, operational, and project data and transform that information into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and business administration and an interest in applying those skills within the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure to business intelligence, financial analysis, project performance, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret financial, operational, and project data. Develop dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track company and project performance. Analyze project revenue, costs, margins, labor productivity, equipment utilization, and profitability. Identify trends, cost variances, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement. Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Develop data models and analytical reports to support business decisions. Analyze historical project data to improve estimating, forecasting, and resource allocation. Assist in developing and maintaining business intelligence and management reporting systems. Prepare reports and presentations communicating analytical findings to management. Work with project and management teams to improve data collection and reporting processes. Perform market, customer, and business-performance analysis as needed. Support management with strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings clearly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management and operational teams.

Preferred:

Master's degree in Big Data Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline. Experience with business intelligence and data-visualization tools such as Power BI. Knowledge of SQL, database systems, or other data-analysis tools. Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reports. Exposure to construction, project-based businesses, job-cost accounting, or financial analysis is beneficial but not required. What You'll Work On Unlike a traditional reporting-only analyst position, this role provides exposure to the operational and financial side of a project-based construction business. The Business Intelligence Analyst will work with real-world information involving project costs, labor productivity, estimating, revenue, profitability, equipment utilization, forecasting, and company performance. The analyst will have the opportunity to work directly with senior management and help develop the reporting and analytical systems used to guide business decisions.

Compensation Starting Salary:

$55,000 - 65,000 per year based on qualifications & experience Compensation and future advancement will be based on experience, performance, and responsibilities.
