Type:

full-time Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a dynamic, innovative company that empowers businesses through advanced automation solutions. We're looking for a skilled Implementation Consultant with ERP expertise to collaborate with CFOs and finance leaders, optimizing their operations through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, business processes, and/or ERP best practices, without the need to engage in coding or technical customizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with CFOs and finance leaders to identify their challenges and goals. Advise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to enhance financial processes. Analyze business operations to pinpoint improvement opportunities. Provide tailored recommendations for system configurations and workflows. Guide clients through seamless ERP implementations and data migrations. Offer insights into Business Central modules and provide ongoing post-implementation support. Conduct training sessions to empower client teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, financial systems consulting, or ERP implementations. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

ERP system certification. Experience with financial system change management.
