Job Description

The Investment Analyst is responsible to assist the Project Cost Specialist with various duties and tasks including but not limited to: Creating and processing specifications, manufacturing change notices, requisitions, debit memos, and L4 WBS numbers in SAP Creating and maintaining planning items and documenting investment meetings Creating and publishing various weekly / monthly investment reports Creating / maintaining invoice workflows and resolving invoicing issues Loading project data to MEDDS Reconciling closing projects Coordinating yearend accrual process and maintaining supplier cost roll-up files Special projects as requested Any other tasks as assigned by the

Project Cost Specialist or Investment Manager Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor's degree Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) SAP knowledge is a plus

Experience:

0-3 years, preferably in

Manufacturing Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills, self-starter, ability to prioritize.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
