What We Are Looking For:
 We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and report on business data to support informed, data-driven decision-making across several customer-facing programs. This role is expected to evolve beyond traditional reporting responsibilities and become a trusted business partner who leverages data to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and drive measurable business outcomes.

The BI Analyst key tasks are:

Act as a strategic business partner by transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that drive operational and business decisionsWork closely with operations, PMO, and customer stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve business problems, and influence decision-makingGather, clean, and analyze business data including revenue, sales figures, market information, and customer engagement metricsIdentify patterns and trends in data that signal opportunities for improvement in business practicesWork with and strengthen the PMO offering to the customer, making every decision a measurable and sustainable decision.

Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support proactive business decision-makingTranslate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholdersIdentify operational improvement opportunities and quantify the potential business impact of recommended actionsDevelop business cases and recommendations supported by data analysis to enable informed decision-makingSupport multiple customer programs and business portfolios through proactive analysis, performance monitoring, and insight generationPresent reports and recommendations to internal teams and customers through visualizations, charts, written summaries and presentations.

Monitor market trends to help the organization adapt its products and strategies accordingly.

QualificationsRequired Skills and ToolsProficiency in Tableau and Power BI is a mustFull working knowledge of Python, SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQLAdvanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including Power Query & Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas, PivotTables & Interactive and Dashboards Automation (VBA & Macros)Familiarity with Salesforce, Palantir or Databricks is an advantageStrong understanding of descriptive and predictive analyticsExcellent communication and data storytelling skills
Required Experience:
 Minimum of 4-7 years of proven BI curriculumMinimum of 3 years in automotive field, OEM or large dealer groupProven track record of creating and delivering dashboards, will be assessedExperience may be substituted by demonstrated analytical capabilities and proven delivery of impactful BI solutions
Preferred Experience:
 Knowledge of automotive systems, recall processes, warranty, retail fixed operations and partsCertified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP)
