| Bloomington, MN Business Architecture Specialist (Accenture LLP; Bloomington, MN): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business Architecture Specialist in Bloomington, MN, and the job duties are as follows: Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients' program/project specifications and objectives. Translate business needs into system requirements, solution designs, and functional specifications that describe the necessary system changes/configurations or new system features. Provide content expertise for application configuration and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of all identified business processes. Provide functional support to the development team in using the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations in Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or OM; Business and system analysis (gathering requirements and creating system specifications), in the financial services industry; Using
