Job Description
Role Description The Senior Oracle QMS Business Analyst (Contract) will work full time on-site in Elk River, MN, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to support Oracle Quality Management System (QMS) and related business processes. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping current and future state processes, and translating needs into detailed functional specifications for Oracle QMS and Order Management. The analyst will lead workshops, perform data and process analysis, support system configuration and testing, and help troubleshoot production issues. Daily activities include creating documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting user training, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle landscape. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, and ability to interpret complex information. Hands-on Business Analysis experience, with expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation. Knowledge of Order Management processes, including order entry, fulfillment, and integration with quality and supply chain functions. Experience with Business Process design and optimization, including process mapping and improvement methodologies. Proficiency in defining and managing Business Requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Oracle QMS and related modules. Demonstrated experience working with Oracle QMS or similar enterprise quality management systems. Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated environments (e.g., medical device, pharma) is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with testing, user training, and end-user support for enterprise applications.
