Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Sr. Oracle Functional Analyst, where you'll lead the charge in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely on a 12-month contract, driving innovation and efficiency in business processes. Responsibilities Lead the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions. Configure system settings, including Chart of Accounts, Calendars, and Currencies, ensuring seamless integration without custom coding. Oversee User Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing to guarantee system functionality before launch. Create comprehensive Functional Design Documents to guide technical teams in developing custom reports and integrations. Provide troubleshooting support, manage Oracle updates, and conduct training sessions for end-users. Specialize in Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials or Supply Chain Management, enhancing procurement and inventory processes. Skills Proven experience in Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in Financials and Supply Chain Management. Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. Proficiency in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and Oracle BI Publisher for reporting. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead meetings with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred Skills Knowledge of SQL and understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications table structure. Familiarity with Fusion AI Agent Studio and its capabilities. Experience with business analyst principles, quality improvement processes, and project management methodologies.
