ERP Business Analyst Syteline (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) Business Analyst Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Syteline Business Analyst to lead functional design, configuration, testing and deployment of Syteline (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) ERP solutions. The role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, define solutions, manage integrations and support go-live and post-implementation activities to ensure the ERP delivers expected business value. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, use cases, user stories and functional specifications for Syteline implementations and enhancements. Perform business process analysis, gap analysis and solution design across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, MRP/Manufacturing, Fixed Assets, HCM/Payroll and Financial modules (GL/AP/AR). Configure and validate Syteline system settings and support safe customization where needed, ensuring alignment with best practices and governance. Design, execute and oversee integration and data migration activities including data mapping, ETL processes, EDI, REST/SOAP APIs and middleware coordination. Develop and execute test plans, test cases and UAT scripts; coordinate integration testing, UAT and defect resolution with technical teams and business users. Create and maintain implementation artifacts including BRDs, functional specifications, process diagrams (Visio/Lucidchart), training materials and release documentation. Partner with technical teams on reporting and analytics requirements, supporting SQL/PL/SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau or Crystal Reports delivery where applicable. Work within Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project methodologies, using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM or TestRail to manage requirements, sprints and defects. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of hands-on ERP business analysis experience, with strong experience specifically on Syteline (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) implementations preferred. Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, gap analysis, functional specifications, user stories, BRDs and test case creation. Experience with data migration, ETL, data mapping, master data management and SQL (PL/SQL, T-SQL) for data validation and reporting. Familiarity with integrations and middleware (APIs, REST, SOAP, EDI, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Tibco or similar) and experience coordinating integration testing. Strong reporting and analytics skills (SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports) and advanced Excel including VBA for analysis and reconciliation.
Preferred:
familiarity with other ERP platforms and technologies, including
SAP S/4HANA, SAP
ECC, SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics/Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Workday, and ABAP familiarity.

experience with procurement, order-to-cash, inventory management, manufacturing/MRP, HCM/payroll, SOX compliance, GDPR and financial modules (GL/AP/AR).
