Advancement Analyst FLSA:
Exempt (not eligible for overtime) Reporting to: Director of Development (reporting through Finance) The mission of the Augustine Institute is to serve the formation of Catholics for the New Evangelization. Position Summary The Augustine Institute is seeking an enthusiastic Development Analyst to support the Development and Finance teams. From financial and operations data, you will turn raw information into actionable insights. If you love preparing and explaining actionable analyses that will help us grow and serve our mission, this may be an excellent role for you!
  • Specific duties are listed below but may not be all-inclusive.
Understand critical business needs and design analyses to answer stakeholder questions. Combine and verify information from various sources and reporting systems. Develop spreadsheets, reports, and business tools for use across the organization. Communicate findings to all stakeholders. Make data-driven recommendations for enhancements to processes. Assist in managing the Salesforce integration
  • turn a data warehouse into a forward-looking tool.
Provide prospecting tools to gift officers. Create benchmarking metrics to ensure tools in place for gift officers to succeed in meeting fundraising goals. Manage back-office donation reconciliations between Salesforce (donation revenue system of record) and NetSuite (financial reporting tool). Ensure one set of data for internal and external communication. Create development plans and processes for conversion of AI supporters through fundraising process to highest level of giving. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in business analysis, business administration, finance, or related field. At least two years of professional experience in business intelligence and analysis. Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to present findings and solutions to business problems collaboratively and promptly. Strong written and oral communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to effectively work in a team environment. Strong ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems effectively. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence systems. Ability to consistently demonstrate the Augustine Institute s core values, including: Humility

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, typing, and use of office equipment, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.   • The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the compensation range for this position.
Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
