Oracle EBS Financials Key Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle EBS R2R support, enhancement, and service delivery activities. Provide functional leadership across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting. Manage incidents, problem management, change requests, and minor enhancements. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes. Conduct root cause analysis and drive service improvements. Collaborate with business, technical, reporting, and integration teams. Monitor SLA/KPI compliance and participate in governance reviews.

Required Experience and Skills:

10-15 years of Oracle EBS Financials functional experience. Strong expertise in Oracle GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, Period Close, and Financial Reporting. Experience leading AMS engagements and distributed support teams. Strong accounting and finance process knowledge. Proven client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with ITIL-based Managed Service delivery models. Secondary Skillset (Good to Have): Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), OTBI, EB Tax, AP/AR/Projects integration to GL, bank reconciliation, FSG/BI Publisher, audit/SOX controls and Financial Reporting tools. Integration knowledge involving Oracle EBS and third-party applications. Automation, reporting, and continuous improvement experience. Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials migration initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

Experience supporting engineering, construction, EPC, or project-based organizations. Experience managing multi-country Finance support operations across North America and Mexico. Prior involvement in Oracle transformation, assessment, or modernization program The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $56.86/hour
