(on W2) We are seeking an ERP Analyst to support and maintain critical ERP and business applications. This is a hands-on role working closely with users, IT, and outside technical resources to troubleshoot issues, manage system changes, and improve reporting and business processes. What You'll Do Support users and troubleshoot ERP/application issues Develop reports and analyze data using SQL Maintain ERP security, user profiles, documentation, and system logs Support ERP upgrades, patches, testing, and change management Work with integrated MES/WMS systems and business applications Maintain IBM iSeries/AS400 systems, backups, and scheduled jobs Coordinate with software vendors and technical resources Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data views What We're Looking For Experience supporting an ERP system in a manufacturing environment Strong SQL skills Experience with RPG and/or IBM iSeries/AS400 is highly desirable Experience with ERP reporting, troubleshooting, system administration, and documentation Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and with end users/technical teams ERP-LX experience is preferred but not required. The company is open to candidates with strong SQL, RPG, and manufacturing ERP experience who can learn the LX platform.
