Job Description
Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, you will partner with business stakeholders to design, implement, support, and continuously improve SAP solutions that enable business performance and operational excellence. You will translate business requirements into scalable SAP capabilities, guide testing and deployment activities, resolve production issues, ensure adherence to architecture and governance standards, and lead process improvements that deliver measurable business value. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Translate business requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications. Recommend SAP solutions and process improvements aligned with business objectives. Oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure adherence to change control processes and release and transport management schedules. Engage with enterprise architecture and solution architects to help define future-state technology capabilities and strategic solutions. Support release readiness activities and deployment execution. Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Information Technology Shared Services Architects to incorporate design requirements and business needs. Participate in product and agile team ceremonies. Provide guidance to outsourced Information Technology partners for application administration, development, configuration, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Help coordinate organizational change efforts to drive adoption and maximize solution effectiveness. Ensure adherence to development standards and established procedures within the SAP environment. Support integration testing and validation of interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications. Manage communications among cross-functional stakeholders and contribute as an active agile team member. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Hands-on SAP experience preferred. Experience relating technical and business concepts to leadership audiences. Experience working in an Agile continuous delivery environment. Experience using Jira and Confluence. Experience learning new technologies and business processes quickly. Experience supporting system enhancements, incident management, and application support activities. Knowledge of SAP integration concepts and interactions across functional modules. Experience working with a managed Information Technology service organization, including onshore and offshore teams. Preference will be given to candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future. Number of Days in

$59,000-$79,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
