Job Description
Job Summary:
The SAP MDG Consultant is responsible for leading Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, data cleansing, migration, and conversion initiatives across SAP and non-SAP environments. The role provides expertise in SAP technical architecture and MDM conceptual frameworks, coordinates cross-functional teams, and collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to optimize master data management strategies and support successful system conversions.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MDM strategy development and implementation across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Drive data cleansing, cleanup, migration, and conversion activities to support system transformations.
- Advise on MDM best practices with a focus on SAP environments.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP technical architecture related to master data.
- Anticipate and plan for master data conversion to non-SAP destinations.
- Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of MDM initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making throughout projects.
- Demonstrate leadership in guiding and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support team members to build MDM capabilities within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in MDM conceptual frameworks.
- Strong expertise in SAP technical architecture.
- Experience with SAP-related data cleanup and cleansing initiatives.
- Experience leading data migration and conversion activities.
- Experience coordinating IT and business stakeholders across MDM initiatives.
