Work you'll do As an Oracle EPM Senior Consultant, FCCS on the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation engagements and delivering Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions for clients. Work with clients to understand finance process needs, document requirements, and support solution design activities Use analytical techniques to diagnose issues, evaluate current-state processes, and identify actionable improvement opportunities Support configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and implementation activities for Oracle EPM cloud solutions Develop recommendations and project deliverables based on analysis, stakeholder interviews, and engagement findings Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to help implement solutions aligned to business and finance transformation objectives A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team Our Controllership and Treasury Transformation offering modernizes the finance function to align with the evolving business objectives of organizations.
