Requirement for SAP Payroll Consultant (with MS Access)

The SAP Payroll Consultant analyzes HR and payroll requirements, configures SAP HCM modules-Payroll, PA, OM-and uses MS Access/VBA for data analysis, validation, and reporting. The role involves system setup, integration, testing, and supporting HR solutions to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate strong SAP Payroll expertise with deep SAP HCM knowledge. Configure and support SAP HCM PA, OM, and Payroll modules. Develop and maintain MS Access databases, queries, forms, reports, and VBA scripts to support payroll analysis, reconciliation, audits, and reporting. Use MS Access VBA to automate pre-payroll calculations, parse payroll output files, and clean and format data inputs for mass upload. Extract, validate, and analyze HR and payroll data from SAP and other systems using MS Access. Ensure compliance with HR statutory and legal payroll reporting requirements. Lead SAP HCM implementations and provide ongoing HR support. Translate HR/business requirements into SAP solutions. Integrate SAP HCM with other HR and financial systems. Manage HR master data, infotypes, and organizational structures. Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate with ABAP teams on preparing functional specifications. Perform payroll reconciliation, retro calculations, and issue resolution. Generate reports using SAP tools and MS Access for audits and compliance. Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities. Apply SAP HCM security, HR authorizations, and data privacy standards. Required Skills 10+ years of experience as an SAP Payroll/HR Consultant. Deep knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration, schemas, and payroll rules. Proficient in MS Access, VBA, database design, queries, data import/export, analysis, and reporting. Experience automating pre-payroll calculations, parsing payroll files, and data formatting in MS Access/VBA. Skilled in HR and payroll data validation, reconciliation, and audit support. Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax laws, and compliance. Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC), wage types, and PCRs. Experience across the full SAP Payroll/HCM implementation lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams. Best Regards, Krishna Balmoor,
