A General ERP Analyst or Consultant collects and analyzes data that provides an accurate picture of enterprise resource planning requirements and performance for an organization.
We are seeking an executive-ready, Senior SAP Treasury Consultant to lead strategic Treasury transformations for a major industrial products client. This is not a hands-on-keyboard role alone; we need a high-caliber advisory leader who can navigate complex client politics, evaluate legacy design frameworks, and influence C-suite decision-makers (CFO, Treasurer, and executive leadership). In this role, you will step into an ongoing strategic engagement to realign client expectations, evaluate existing Treasury architectures, and drive the implementation of a scalable, best-practice SAP Treasury environment through 2027.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory:
Serve as the trusted advisor to the CFO, Treasurer, and executive stakeholders, articulating strategy, aligning Treasury design with corporate goals, and managing client expectations.
Architecture & Process Redesign:
Evaluate legacy and existing Treasury design frameworks; identify flaws, mitigate risk, and lead the push toward a viable, high-performing SAP Treasury architecture.
End-to-End Implementation:
Leverage deep SAP Treasury functional and configuration expertise to oversee complex process implementations and functional integrations.
Stakeholder Management & Escalation:
Navigate high-friction client dynamics with authority and diplomacy, turning around troubled design tracks and re-establishing technical credibility.
Required Qualifications & Skills Seniority Level:
Equivalent to Band 9 / Principal / Senior Director level experience in enterprise consulting.
SAP Treasury Mastery:
Extensive deep-dive experience across SAP Treasury modules (TRM, IHC, Cash Management, Risk Management, and Financial Payments).
C-Suite Presence:
Proven track record of presenting to and influencing CFOs, Corporate Treasurers, and finance executives.
Turnaround Capability:
Experience stepping into ongoing, complex client environments, assessing flawed designs, and driving critical alignment under tight timelines.
Availability & Travel:
Ability to be on-site in Parsippany, NJ 4 days per week.
