Exempt Summary The Enterprise Information Analyst supports the governance, quality, integrity, and traceability of enterprise information across KELTEC's business systems, applications, analytics platforms, and future artificial intelligence initiatives. This position focuses on enterprise information rather than the administration of enterprise applications, helping ensure business information remains accurate, consistent, trusted, and well-documented as it moves throughout the organization. Working within Enterprise Systems Architecture, the Enterprise Information Analyst partners with business leaders, application owners, and technology teams to document information flows, maintain information governance artifacts, monitor information quality, and support enterprise-wide initiatives that improve the organization's ability to leverage information for operational excellence, decision-making, analytics, and AI readiness. Duties and Responsibilities Enterprise Information Governance & Documentation- Support the development and maintenance of the enterprise information framework, including business definitions, metadata standards, and information governance documentation.
- Maintain enterprise information dictionaries, business glossaries, systems-of-record documentation, and information ownership records.
- Document enterprise information domains and support the establishment of enterprise information standards.
- Coordinate and maintain governance documentation associated with enterprise information initiatives. Information Quality & Integrity
- Monitor enterprise information quality through audits, reporting, metrics, and reconciliation activities.
- Identify inconsistencies, duplication, and integrity issues across enterprise applications and reporting platforms.
- Coordinate corrective actions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support the development and maintenance of enterprise information quality scorecards and dashboards.
- Assist in establishing and monitoring information quality standards across the organization. Information Lineage & Traceability
- Document how business information moves across enterprise applications, integrations, reporting platforms, and AI consumers.
- Maintain enterprise information lineage documentation and ensure it remains current as systems evolve.
- Assess potential impacts of proposed information structure changes and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure information transformations remain documented, traceable, and aligned with governance standards. Integration & Architecture Support
- Review information mappings and transformations associated with enterprise integrations.
- Validate semantic consistency across integrated enterprise systems.
- Identify gaps between proposed integration designs and established enterprise information standards.
- Support Enterprise Systems Architecture by maintaining documentation related to information movement and governance. Analytics & AI Readiness
- Help ensure enterprise information is structured and documented to support analytics, reporting, and decision-making.
- Promote consistent business definitions across reporting and business intelligence platforms.
- Support initiatives focused on data quality, information governance, and artificial intelligence readiness.
- Assist with future AI and advanced analytics projects requiring trusted and traceable enterprise information. Enterprise Information Council Coordination
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, agendas, supporting materials, and meeting minutes for the Enterprise Information Council.
- Track governance action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion.
- Support discussions related to information quality, ownership, standards, and enterprise information initiatives. Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to information quality, governance, and enterprise systems.
- Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, PIM Analyst, Data Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Manufacturing Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, PIM, WMS, eCommerce, or related business systems.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business information structures and relational data.
- Experience reconciling, validating, or comparing information across multiple business systems.
- Understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, and information movement between systems.
- Experience using analytical and reporting tools such as SQL, NetSuite Saved Searches, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite ERP.
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms.
- Experience with Celigo or similar integration and middleware platforms.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
- Experience with Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), or Information Governance initiatives.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
- Interest in pursuing a career path in Enterprise Architecture, Information Governance, or Data Management.
