In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze, design, and optimize financial processes, ensuring seamless integration and strategic alignment across business units. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their financial workflows, identify gaps, and develop tailored ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Lead end-to-end ERP financial module implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices. Facilitate change management initiatives by preparing stakeholders for system upgrades and process transitions, ensuring smooth adoption. Develop strategic plans for ERP deployment that align with clients' long-term business objectives and growth strategies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations. Provide ongoing support post-implementation by troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and recommending continuous process enhancements. Conduct research on emerging ERP trends and technologies to advise clients on innovative solutions that can give them a competitive edge. Engage in business consulting activities to identify new opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation within client organizations. Skills Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights. Expertise in change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions during system upgrades or organizational restructuring. Proven experience in strategic planning and management consulting to align technology solutions with business goals. Excellent project management capabilities to oversee ERP implementations from initiation through completion on time and within scope. Deep understanding of business analysis techniques to evaluate current processes and design optimized workflows. Business development skills to identify new client opportunities and expand service offerings related to ERP solutions. Research skills to stay current with the latest trends in ERP systems, finance technology, and industry best practices. Effective communication abilities for engaging stakeholders at all levels and delivering clear training sessions or presentations on system functionalities. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & KNOWLEDGE
  • CPA or CMA Preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing accounting position or financial consulting for an ERP software
  • Strong knowledge in supply chain / distribution desirable
  • Proven success in ERP software project implementation and deployment across multi-business verticals
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Use of computer and office equipment
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Performs all administrative functions expected at this level
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to be scheduled for evening or weekend work occasionally
  • Valid driver's license in your state of residence and reliable personal vehicle
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
