Full Job Description Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an ERP Systems Analyst, where you'll be at the forefront of optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to drive operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as a partner with the operations team. Duties Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective ERP system solutions. Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability across platforms including SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics. Document technical specifications, system configurations, and operational procedures following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices. Knowledge of ERP systems preferred Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, Ruby on Rails; scripting skills in Bash or Shell Scripting are a plus. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles including firewalls, VPNs, system hardening techniques, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence analysis. Ability to collaborate effectively Setup and Implementation of new system modules Optimize existing system modules and streamline business processes Develop and provide implementation training for employees and suppliers Setup Electronic Data Interface connections with customers and suppliers Identify business process issues and recommend improvements
