Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
Participate in global ERP implementation projects working closely with cross-functional business teams Serve as the subject matter expert for Infor M3, providing functional and technical support to business users Deliver end-user training and first-line support for both M3 and associated desktop tools as they relate to ERP operations Conduct business process reviews and user experience workshops to fully engage and understand business requirements and M3 standard features in the M3 Logistics module Provide in-depth gap analysis documents and functional specifications based on business requirements Provide additional M3 configurations and /or refine the existing application configurations Participate in prototyping, testing, and implementation of new M3 functionality to enhance business processes. Be responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals Understand capabilities of Infor M3 and build core knowledge about software configuration through internal and external training Help create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption and develop a community of experts Partner with Infor and third-party vendors on issue resolution, upgrades, and patch management
YOU HAVE
Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience Previous experience: Ideally, 3+ years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP, including system configuration and user support Full life implementation experience with ERP platforms (M3 preferred) Experience troubleshooting complex issues. ERP, business or other technical areas
Skills:
Aptitude to translate business requirements into ERP concepts. Problem-solving and analytical skills that are solution-oriented. Must be a team player that is comfortable collaborating with others in an international environment. Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands: Flexibility to travel as needed (approx.10-15% annual travel).
