Job Description
Summary The Enterprise Agreement (EA) Consumption Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for Cisco Enterprise Agreement consumption, install base management, and lifecycle reporting. This role is responsible for maintaining alignment between customer environments and Cisco records, monitoring changes that may impact entitlement consumption, compliance, and financial obligations, and providing proactive insights to customers and internal account teams. The analyst leverages customer asset, consumption, and contract data to identify changes within the environment that may impact Enterprise Agreement utilization, True Forward (TF) obligations, Exceptional Growth True Forward (EGTF) exposure, and overall contract performance. Working closely with Sales, Licensing Specialists, Renewal Specialists, Service Delivery teams, and Cisco stakeholders, the analyst provides actionable reporting and recommendations that support informed customer decision-making and effective contract management. As a trusted advisor on EA data and asset management, the role helps customers understand how infrastructure modifications, hardware refreshes, software deployments, and MACD activities impact their Cisco Enterprise Agreement and associated financial obligations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serves as the primary asset management advisor for customers with Cisco Enterprise Agreements. Conducts regular customer reviews to validate asset inventories, usage trends, and alignment with agreement entitlements. Maintains accurate, up-to-date asset records across customer environments and Cisco systems. Partners with both Logicalis and Cisco teams to ensure asset data integrity and proper alignment to the EA construct. Identifies discrepancies between deployed assets and contracted entitlements; drive resolution. Provides proactive guidance on how customer growth and infrastructure changes impact EA consumption. Educates customers on Enterprise Growth True Forward (EGTF) mechanics and financial implications. Model and communicate scenario-based impacts of new hardware purchases and timing considerations. Assists customers with forecasting future EA needs based on growth patterns and planned investments. Acts as a liaison between customers, Cisco, Sales, Licensing Specialists, and customers. Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
